Trust
Security & Compliance.
Harmonic Edge sits at the center of how finance leaders measure AI spend and return. We are building it with the security, privacy, and governance expectations of the enterprise at its core.
Data protection
Harmonic Edge is designed to encrypt data in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols, with access to customer data limited to what is necessary to operate the Service.
Cloud infrastructure
The platform is built on leading cloud infrastructure providers that maintain robust physical, network, and operational security certifications. We design our architecture to keep customer environments logically separated.
Access & identity
We are building role-based access controls, the principle of least privilege, and support for enterprise authentication so that the right people have the right access — and nothing more.
Compliance roadmap
We are designing Harmonic Edge to support enterprise compliance needs, including controls aligned with SOC 2 and SOX-relevant financial reporting. Our formal certification roadmap will be shared as we move toward general availability.
Privacy by design
Privacy considerations are built into how we collect, process, and retain data. Our practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
Incident response
We are establishing monitoring and incident-response processes designed to detect, contain, and communicate security events to affected customers in a timely manner.
A note on our stage. Harmonic Edge is in active development ahead of general availability. The practices described above reflect how we are designing the platform and the standards we are building toward. They are not a representation of completed third-party certifications. As we approach launch, we will publish specific certifications, audit reports, and documentation that enterprise security and finance teams can rely on.
