Kondra Global, Inc. ("Kondra," "we," "us," or "our") provides Harmonic Edge, an AI FinOps intelligence platform for hybrid enterprises. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle Personal Data in connection with our website at kondra.global and our products and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the following conditions. The definitions below have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural.

When you join our beta waitlist, contact us, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect information such as your name, business email address, company name, job title, and the content of your message.

We may automatically collect Usage Data when you access the Service, such as your device's IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on pages, and diagnostic data.

We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies for the operation and analysis of our website. We do not use advertising or cross-site targeting cookies. The categories we use are:

Kondra does not sell Personal Data for money. We do not use advertising or cross-context behavioral targeting. We do use a limited set of analytics tools that, under certain U.S. state privacy laws, may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of information. You can opt out of these non-essential analytics at any time using the control in our footer, or by contacting us at privacy@kondra.global.
10. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Our Service uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language model technologies, including those provided by trusted third-party providers, to deliver and improve product features. Where these providers process information on our behalf, they are bound by contractual confidentiality, privacy, and security requirements. We apply reasonable measures designed to protect information processed through these technologies.
